Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

Custom 3D printed products are carefully packaged before dispatch.
If an item arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or partial solution depending on the situation.
